Health care is the diagnosis , treatment, prevention of any kind of disease, illness, injury, and other physical,mental related humans. Health care is serve by medicine, doctor,chiropractic,dentistry,nursing,pharmacy, allied health, and other care provider. Health care is serve as base priority weather it diagnose as primary care , secondary care, tertiary care as well as in public health.

Classification

when health care specialist, he/she find out weather it recover in primary, secondary, or tertiary care. Like wise the health specialist suggest treatment to the patient.

Primary Stage

The primary health care is provide at initially stage of disease. It act as to work of health care professional, who are act as a first point of consultation for all patients?. It will be serve by the physician assistant or nurse practitioner, depending on the location, situation,and disease type .Mostly in India the patients decided take primary care from Ayurvedic .It depending on the nature of patient health condition,then patient or care specialist will decide move to the secondary or tertiary care .A primary care practitioner must possess a wide deep knowledge in many area .continuity is most important for primary care specialist to touch in commonly found illness , disease in human.

The International level the primary care (ICPC) is standardized tool for understanding and analyzing reason for the patient visit.

Secondary Stage

Secondary care is provide by the medical specialists and other health professional, who generally do not have first concern with patients for example, cardiologists, cancer, dermatologist etc.

Generally secondary care is sometimes used in hospital care. However many secondary care provider do not necessarily work in hospital. Secondary care is also molded into emergency department, intensive care or ICCU depending on the nature of patient.

Tertiary Stage

Tertiary care will be occur , when both primary and secondary care are failed to recover the patient health. It include the medical investigation and high doses treatment. Tertiary care is handle by senior person in medical line in either in ICCU or Intensive care unit.
